Video Visit Instructions
1. Ensure internet connection is stable
2. Log into Piedmont MyChart
* How to log into Piedmont MyChart
- Select Piedmont MyChart
- Then select Sign In/ Sign Up
-Note: An email is sent with a link to set up an appointment by our office when creating an appointment if you do not already have one
3. After logging in, Click "Appointments" tab
4. It will appear as "Video Visit with Dr.Wellons", this is the appointment you select
5. In appointment information, an E-Check In will appear with a check mark
6. Complete E-Check In and select "Save and Submit" after finishing forms
7. To start your visit, click "Begin Visit"
- A hardware test will run to ensure the camera and microphone will work during the visit, click "allow" for usage of both
9. When the hardware test is completed, select "Join call"
- After you've joined your screen will display "Waiting for Others to Join". Do NOT leave this screen, the Dr will appear shortly
Our office will contact you on the day of the Video Visit to ensure all forms are filled out as well as collect any copays that may be due.
